What happens if it stops working? Only BexyTV publishes a refund window — 30 days. The other four publish nothing, which means a dispute through your card issuer is your only route.
How long has it been trading? FreeGoTV since 2013. None of the other four publishes a founding date, and on a twelve-month prepayment that gap matters more than two dollars would.
What does a second screen cost? $5 more at VocoTV and KroozTV. $10 more at FreeGoTV and ViewTVY. On a six-screen household that is $240 a year on an identical requirement.
How fast can you test it? ViewTVY, VocoTV, BexyTV and FreeGoTV all issue a trial without a card. KroozTV does not advertise its trial as card-free.
A stream costs real money to deliver — bandwidth, servers, a support desk, somebody maintaining the guide. A provider charging $3 a month is covering that in one of two ways: overselling the same capacity to far more subscribers than it can carry, which you discover at 8pm on a Sunday, or not planning to be trading in six months.
Paying $100 once and being able to watch is cheaper than paying $36 twice and re-buying in March.

Count the screens that will play at the same time before you compare any headline price. For a busy household, the multi-connection plan is not the expensive option; it is the efficient one.
